Jetlag

Thu Aug 13, 2009, 5:18 AM
It is not fun, waking up at 10-11 am, but still tired cause you're body is quite sure it's still on the American west coast and it's still sleepy time.

Managed to get my Seattle trip sketchies uploaded though, some went in scraps though.

  • Mood: Tired
  • Listening to: FMA soundtrack.
  • Reading: Moby Dick (again)
  • Watching: Pushing Daisies
  • Playing: With the cat
  • Eating: Sugary cereal
  • Drinking: Tea from my Starbucks mug

Yikes, that sounds kinda not fun.

But I hope you had a good time in Seattle! :D

jet lag can be annoying... especially if the time zones are way off!

Hope you liked seattle! Did it rain a lot while you were there?

You like ramen...?
Ok now I know you but you don't know me here.....?
:iconwindymon:
It actually only rained one day and only during the late afternoon/evening. I dunno if that makes me lucky or not. The weather in Seattle actually isn't that horrid during the summer months, or so I heard.
:iconrednin:
that doesn't sound too bad!
I went there once this year and it rained a lot ^__^'

Oh, it was plenty fun. Tossed fish and Starbucks at Pike Place, buying tons of GIANTmicrobes at quirky store on the Waterfront (I got Anthrax and Swine flu!), drawing on the tablecloth of amazing Brazilian restaurant (whose name I can't spell), making misshapen plastic $3 souvenirs at the Pacific Science Museum and awesomeness at the Museum of Flight.

Heck, even hanging out at the Evergreen Classic horse show had plenty of merit, let me be around horses a lot for one (kind of a bummer I was late the one day you were there).

(Though special honorary mention goes to all the loud singing in the car going somewhere.)
:iconfearnandfire:
Great! XD Pike Place Market, not my favorite place, but interesting nevertheless. I've never tossed a fish. *looks sheepish* Slimy slimy

Oh dear. I've never seen Swin Flu before. >.> You've got to post a picture sometime! :D

The one day I was there? I never was at the Evergreen Classic, not this year. >.>

Loud singing in the car. YES. Best thing ever!

I should clearly share the photo of my pile of microbes, including Swine Flu then. *nods*

...And, ooops. Seems I misinterpreted something then. Maybe they were talking about you showing up last year.
